Caf\u00e9 owners were aiming at the most recent trends, high standars up to the bar of European caf\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/linnamuuseum.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Z3I3408.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15147 size-large alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/linnamuuseum.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Z3I3408-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"440\" height=\"293\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.linnamuuseum.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Z3I3408-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.linnamuuseum.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Z3I3408-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.linnamuuseum.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Z3I3408-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.linnamuuseum.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Z3I3408.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the 1930s, the effects of the depression \u00a0began to recede, the standard of living improved, and caf\u00e9s became livelier. The places underwent a complete renovation \u2013 some of them obtained a more modern look, whereas others continued with traditional style.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the 1930s, the local caf\u00e9 culture was at its peak just to perish shortly after.
