On June 11 at 17:00, artist Ouddhena Teern will introduce the exhibition \u201cThe Portals of In-Betweenness: All Roads Led to Eestimaa\u201d and lead a batik painting workshop inspired by the exhibition.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\nThe thoughtful and sensitive exhibition \u201cThe Portals of In-Betweenness: All Roads Led to Eestimaa”<\/a> invites reflection on the complexities of migration and self-expression. Ouddhena shares the stories behind her works and her view on the essence of batik as a bodily, intuitive, and deeply personal creative practice. For the artist, batik is a form of self-care and self-expression\u2014a way to pause, feel, and reflect.<\/p>\n Following the exhibition tour, participants will have the opportunity to try their hand at a process-oriented batik painting workshop. This calm, presence-supporting creative experience allows participants to explore their inner world through colors and patterns and let creativity flow freely. The workshop is suitable for complete beginners\u2014no prior experience is required.
