\u2018Photographer\u2019<\/strong> is a composite portrait of Estonian photographers with their cameras from the mid-19th century up to the present day.<\/p>\n

You get to see what the photographers looked like, what kind of cameras they used, the environment they worked in and how they composed their photos.<\/p>\n

Full-length portraits from earlier times display proud photographers posing with their equipment on tripods. As we progress towards the modern day, the photos become more dynamic. Each exhibited photo portrays a different era and the person who captured it. The interactive part of the exhibition is constantly evolving, offering you an opportunity to contribute to the exposition with photos of historical or contemporary photographers, whether taken with an analogue camera or a mobile phone.<\/p>\n

The hall on the ground floor of the Museum of Photography can now be easily transformed into an auditorium or a study room. Additionally, the medieval prison governor’s former residence has been integrated into the museum’s creative space, where you can participate in a range of practical workshops.<\/p>\n
